Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AluDetox, we have a strict return and cancellation policy to ensure fair processing for all orders. Please review the following terms before making a request.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within the first 2 hours after placement.

  • Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns if the product was received damaged or not as described.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, you may request a return within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • No Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.

Return Process

If your return is approved, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First

    • Email orders@aludetox.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.

    • Provide your full name, order number, email used for purchase, and photo evidence of the issue.

    • Await confirmation from our support team before proceeding.

  2. Return Shipment

    • If approved, send the product(s) back to our designated address.

    • Returns Address: 2885 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • You must provide us with the tracking number for your return.

  3. Refund Processing

    • If a refund is approved, it will be partial, as shipping and administration fees will be deducted. These fees vary based on the number of products and the customer’s location.

    • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
