Based on our tests, we recommend a six-month detox (six bottles) for thorough detoxification, especially for individuals already experiencing health issues related to aluminum toxicity. Given the amount of aluminum we ingest daily, we also recommend a 1–3 month detox (1–3 bottles) every year to help maintain a clean, disease-free body.
